Plain and simple: what you pay, when you're billed, and how to cancel.
By subscribing to the Grab & Go Social service (“the Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your subscription fees, renewal policies, and applicable discounts.
Your first month of the Service is offered at a discounted rate of $7 (“Introductory Rate”). This payment will be charged immediately upon signup and grants you full access to all Grab & Go Social features for 30 days.
After the initial 30-day period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard discounted rate of $97 per month, which reflects a $50 discount off the regular $147 monthly price.
Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
If you are an active, verified member of OriginatorSuccess, you are eligible for an additional $30 monthly discount, bringing your ongoing rate to $67 per month.
This additional discount remains valid only while you maintain your OriginatorSuccess membership in good standing. If your membership lapses or is canceled, your Grab & Go Social rate will revert to $97 per month.
All payments are processed automatically through the payment method you provide during signup. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer support. Cancellations will take effect immediately. No prorated refunds are offered for partial months.
We reserve the right to modify subscription rates at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance to the email associated with your account, and you will have the opportunity to cancel prior to the new rate taking effect.
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all payments are non-refundable. If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact customer support within 7 days of the charge.
